Stephen is the Chair and senior member of our Commercial Leasing Group. His practice focuses on commercial matters with an emphasis on complex commercial leasing and commercial real estate matters. Stephen acts for many of Canada’s largest and most well known developers, property and asset managers and retail chains. Stephen is an author and frequent lecturer for several professional and commercial organizations on commercial leasing related matters.

Stephen has been retained as an arbitrator on numerous commercial leasing issues including: rent arbitrations, land value arbitrations, land value arbitrations and lease disputes.

Stephen is named as one of Canada's most frequently recommended property leasing lawyers by the Canadian Legal LEXPERT Directory and the American Lawyer Media's Guide to the Leading 500 lawyers in Canada.
