Steven practices in the areas of Commercial Real Estate, Banking and Insolvency law. Steven is Certified as a Specialist in Real Estate Law by the Law Society of Upper Canada and is listed in the Canadian Legal LEXPERT Directory as Frequently Recommended in the area of Real Property Development (Real Estate) as well as in Martindale-Hubbell as BV (Excellent) Peer Review Rated.

Steven is past Chair of the Executive of the Real Property Section of the Ontario Bar Association and a former instructor of the Bar Admission Course for the Law Society of Upper Canada. He is also a member of the editorial board for Falconbridge on Mortgages, Fifth Edition, and has chaired and participated in various Continuing Education Programs for the Law Society of Upper Canada, The Canadian Bar Association, The Canadian Institute and for many financial institutions and business organizations.
