Stephen is admitted to practice in Ontario, New York State and Massachusetts, having had the benefit of attending law schools in Canada and the United States.

Stephen has acted as counsel in a vast number of areas, including: corporate and commercial disputes, real property litigation, mortgage remedies and mortgage-related fraud, commercial leasing disputes, shareholders’ rights and remedies, applications for injunctive relief and judicial review, international litigation including jurisdictional disputes and enforcement of foreign judgments and letters rogatory, negligence, misrepresentation, fraud, defamation and other tort claims, and wrongful dismissal.
