Matthew is a member of the Litigation and Insolvency Groups. His practice focuses on general commercial litigation and insolvency litigation matters. Since his call to the bar, Matthew has worked on a wide range of litigation matters including complex contractual disputes, injunction proceedings, real estate litigation and wrongful dismissal litigation. Matthew regularly appears before various levels of Courts and Tribunals in Ontario on trials, applications, motions and hearings.
