International financial transactions have been an area of specialization for Bill. He has advised many privately-held family investment companies based in the United States, the United Kingdom and The Netherlands, representing them in the purchase and financing of Canadian real estate. Other matters have involved the development, purchase or sale of commercial properties including shopping centers and hotels as well as the purchase or sale of various privately held businesses.
