David is a senior partner in our Real Estate Group. His practice focuses primarily on commercial real estate transactions, with particular emphasis on project development, financings, acquisitions, dispositions and REITs. Over the past several years, David has been extensively involved with leading companies, developers and financial institutions in connection with major real estate acquisitions, development, financing and leasing transactions.

David's project experience includes mixed use developments, industrial facilities and condominium developments.

David is a frequent lecturer on issues relating to commercial property matters for the Canadian Bar Association and The Law Society of Upper Canada as well as an instructor in the Bar Admission Course.

David is listed as one of Canada’s leading property development practitioners in the Canadian Legal LEXPERT Directory.
