A senior partner of Minden Gross LLP, Robyn’s practice focuses on commercial leasing transactions, including office, retail and industrial leasing as well as in the area of corporate commercial transactions. Representing many of Canada’s largest leading developers, property/asset managers, retail chains and pension funds, Robyn has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating development agreements, commercial leases and related documentation in conjunction with leasing, acquisitions and dispositions of commercial real estate.

Robyn is an active lecturer and seminar leader on leasing subjects, including conferences sponsored by the Canadian Bar Association, Law Society of Upper Canada, Institute for International Research, Federated Press, ICSC and conferences held at major developers’ offices in Toronto.

Robyn is named one of Canada’s most repeatedly recommended property leasing lawyers by the Canadian Legal LEXPERT Directory.
