Aaron is a senior member of the Corporate/Commercial Group. His practice is focused on a sophisticated range of corporate/commercial and syndicated and commercial real estate transactions. Aaron represents primarily private corporate clients, including family business corporations and individuals. He advocates a perceptive and resourceful approach to the practice of law that is proactive, rather than merely reactive. He believes that foresight and careful planning are critical in representing and protecting the business interests of his clients. Aaron has lectured on corporate, business law and shareholder issues.

In addition to his commercial practice, Aaron has a charitable organizations practice, representing charities in registration and compliance matters. He also serves as a legal advisor to numerous registered charities. Aaron is an active member of the Jewish community. Throughout his career, Aaron has served on the executives and boards of various Jewish communal institutions. He has served as president of a day school and is currently a member of the executive of a high school and seminary as well as other community institutions.
