Michael Goldberg is a partner in the Tax Group
and works with clients and their advisors to
assist with their corporate, estate, personal
and international tax planning needs.
Michael has particular expertise in implementing
complex corporate reorganizations, succession
plans and creative wealth preservation and
protection strategies. His clients are most
often entrepreneurs but vary from small family
business owner/managers and professionals to
multi-national corporations.
Michael is a frequent contributor to a number of
tax publications, has written and edited
chapters of a number of books for CCH Canadian
Limited, speaks regularly at seminars and
conferences and has been a lecturer for students
at the Ontario Bar Association.
