Ryan is a member of our corporate/commercial law group. He has a broad corporate commercial practice with a particular emphasis on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and corporate reorganizations.
Ryan acts regularly for borrowers and a variety of lenders ranging from large financial institutions to private lenders, on a wide range of financing and security arrangements, often involving multiple jurisdictions. He is also experienced in advising clients on private equity investments and in handling all aspects of both asset and share purchase and sale transactions for both vendors and purchasers.
Ryan has represented clients in a variety of industry sectors including, automotive, manufacturing, real estate, financial services and hospitality and has particular expertise advising owner-operated and family-owned businesses.
Ryan also advises clients on general corporate/commercial matters including, share subscriptions, corporate structuring and restructuring, joint ventures, limited partnerships, shareholder agreements and various commercial contracts.
