Geoff acts for a wide range of clients, many of which are mid-market owner-operated businesses. His clients include a number of mid-sized developers and property managers for whom he does considerable office, retail and industrial lease work, together with property acquisitions and financings.

Geoff also acts as counsel to a number of businesses in both the manufacturing and service sectors, advising such clients regarding a variety of corporate and commercial matters and acting with respect to business acquisitions, sales and financings.

Geoff’s practice also includes advising with respect to distribution, dealer and franchise agreements. He acts for a number of both franchisees and franchisors.

Pro-bono legal work has included/includes:

acting for partner families being transferred homes by Habitat for Humanity – Toronto;
providing legal assistance to Home + Style Studio Tour, a community based event which raises funds in support of Canadian HIV/AIDS research; and
assisting charities as a roster member of the Volunteer Lawyers Service of Pro Bono Law Ontario.
