Monica's practice focuses on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions and development.

Monica acts for developers, REITs, private businesses and other property owners in a variety of commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financings and development projects involving commercial, retail and industrial properties throughout Ontario.

Monica also has experience in drafting and negotiating a wide variety of agreements and documents in connection with various real estate related transactions and development, including agreements of purchase and sale, security documents and easements.

Monica has recently acted on the disposition of eight industrial and/or commercial buildings located throughout Brampton, Mississauga and Toronto having an aggregate sale price of $173,400,000.00. Monica was also part of a team that acted on the disposition of eleven commercial buildings located throughout Toronto and Markham having an aggregate sale price of $69,100,000.00

Monica is a fundraiser committee member of Mens Sana Families for Mental Health/Vita Community Living Services (1986) (a division of Villa Charities), which assists and provides services for adults with intellectual disabilities and their families.  Monica has been actively involved in the organization of Mens Sana Families for Mental Health (Vita)’s annual fundraiser.
