Enzo is a partner in our Real Estate Group. His practice spans a broad range of real estate related areas including commercial/industrial real estate and leasing, lending, loan restructuring, as well as mortgage administration and enforcement. He has extensive experience acquiring, disposing of and financing commercial real estate, including office, industrial and mixed use buildings, shopping centres, residential rental complexes and retirement homes. Enzo has expertise acting for landlords and tenants in the preparation and negotiation of commercial leases throughout Ontario and Canada, as well as in negotiating landlord and tenant disputes.

Enzo regularly provides general advice to clients on areas of real property law, including commercial leasing matters and also assists clients in developing precedent agreements.

Enzo is a a regular speaker/panelist at the annual International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) Toronto Law Conference
